Stickers: Refund Policy
All sticker sales are FINAL. Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. We take great care in packaging our stickers and merch. If they arrive damaged, we're happy to send a replacement.
To request replacement stickers, contact us at canvasmonsters@gmail.com. Include a photo of how the stickers arrived and reference your order number.
Merch: Refund Policy
A refund must be requested within 30 days of receiving your item by emailing us at canvasmonsters@gmail.com Your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You will also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
Art: Refund Policy
All art sales (prints, paintings, and any other physical pieces of art) are FINAL. We do not offer refunds or returns. If your item arrives damaged, please contact us and we will do what we can to make it right!
